1. Marinate meat in a self closing bag. You use less liquid and there is no mess when you turn the meat.
2. Use a self closing bag to mix such ingredients as the stuffing for deviled eggs. When mixed, seal the bag, cut a corner off and use as a pastry tube to squeeze the stuffing out.
3. Use self closing bags for visible storage for puzzle pieces, craft supplies, etc.
